Frequently Asked Questions

Getting Started

I’m completely new to Pilates. Can I still join?

Absolutely! We welcome beginners and tailor our sessions to suit your level. Our teachers will guide you step by step, and we’ll help you find the right class or session for your needs.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move in. Avoid zips or buttons as they can damage the equipment. Bare feet or grip socks are ideal.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just yourself! We provide all the equipment you need. If you're coming to a mat class, you’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer, but it’s not necessary.

How do I book a class or session?

You can book directly online via our CLASS PACKAGES Page or get in touch and we’ll help you find a spot.

Bookings & Cancellations

How do I cancel or reschedule?

You can cancel or reschedule your class up to 24 hours in advance via your Glofox account online. For private sessions, we also require 24 hours' notice.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made within the notice period are credited. Late cancellations will be charged in full.

Do you offer memberships or class passes?

Yes! We offer class packs and memberships for regular clients. You’ll find the most up-to-date pricing and options on our CLASS PACKAGES PAGE.

Health & Safety

Can I do Pilates if I’m injured or have a medical condition?

In most cases, yes. We specialise in working with all bodies and can often adapt exercises. We recommend starting with a private session so we can assess what’s best for you.

Is Pilates safe during pregnancy?

Yes, with modifications. Please let us know you're pregnant before booking, and we’ll guide you to the safest classes or sessions.

Types of Pilates We Offer

What’s the difference between Mat and Reformer classes?

Mat classes use just your body and small props, while Reformer classes use a spring-loaded machine to support and challenge your movements. Both are rooted in the Pilates method—we’re happy to help you choose which suits your goals.

What are Studio Sessions?

These are semi-private sessions using a mix of classical Pilates equipment (Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair, and more). They’re individually tailored and great for deepening your practice.

What’s a Cadillac class?

Cadillac classes are small group sessions using a full trapeze table. It offers support and challenge, especially useful for rehabilitation, flexibility, and control.

Do you offer private sessions?

Yes—we offer solo and duet private sessions for more personalised support. Ideal if you’re new, working with injuries, or simply want focused progression.
