We're proud that our teachers don't just know the advanced exercises - they know how to regress movements just as well. This isn't about dumbing things down. It's about teaching intelligently.

The truth is, most people don't need to do the Snake. Most people don't need to perform the most advanced version of any exercise. What they need is the version that challenges them appropriately, builds them up safely, and leaves them feeling capable rather than defeated.

A good teacher knows when to progress you and when to pull back. They know that sometimes the foundational version with quality and control is exactly what you need - and that there's nothing simple about doing something well.

We've had clients with us for 10, 15, 20+ years. We have people in their 80s and 90s moving well and living independently. We have people who came to us in pain who now live without it. We have people who started barely able to coordinate a simple movement who now tackle complex exercises with control and precision.
