21 Days. 12 Classes. Real Pilates Results.
Joseph Pilates famously said:
“In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 you’ll see the difference, and in 30 you’ll have a whole new body.”
It’s a line you’ll see everywhere in the Pilates world — but what’s often left out is the context. When Joseph Pilates spoke about those results, he wasn’t talking about one class a week. He was talking about practising Pilates regularly, at least three times a week. That’s where the true transformation happens.
At EQ Pilates, we wanted to create a way for you to experience Pilates in the way it was meant to be done — consistently, with commitment, and in balance between matwork and equipment. That’s why we’ve designed our 21-Day Challenge, starting Monday 8th September.
What’s Involved?
Over 21 days, you’ll complete 12 classes:
4 Mat classes to strengthen your foundations
8 Equipment classes (Reformer or Cadillac) to build strength, stamina, and control
That’s an average of four classes per week — exactly in line with Joseph Pilates’ original vision. By the end of the challenge, you won’t just feel the difference; you’ll be moving with more strength, energy, and confidence.
Why 21 Days?
A new season is the perfect time to reset, recommit, and try something new. Three weeks is long enough to see and feel real changes, but short enough to stay focused and consistent. The 21-Day Challenge gives you:
A clear, structured plan
Real accountability
The mix of mat and equipment work that makes Pilates so effective
It’s not about a quick fix or a passing trend. It’s about giving yourself the chance to experience Pilates as it was designed — and discovering what can happen when you show up with commitment.
