EQ Pilates has been here since 2001. Our classes are capped at six people. Every session is taught by an experienced instructor who knows your history and adapts to how you're moving that day.

This isn't a gym class where you're following along and hoping for the best. It's structured, progressive work tailored to you.

What we do differently

Chiropractic and injections manage pain in the moment. They don't change the underlying reason your back is struggling in the first place.

Pilates does.

We build the deep strength that supports your spine – not through high-impact exercise or anything that pushes into pain, but through careful, controlled movement that your body can actually sustain.

Your first session isn't about fitness. It's about showing you that your body can move – probably more than you think it can. That realisation changes everything.
